Keywords:
Enzyme, HistochemistryAbstract
Applied enzyme histochemistry is agood technique which can he used to elucidate changes occurred in cell organells during pathological conditions particularly in various types of tumours. It also elucidate normal physiological and biochemical activities that undergoes in normal tissues / organs / systems of animals body. As such these changes could not be perceived in routine histopathological studies. Other recent techniques available for diagnostic purposes are immunofluorescence, tissue culture. immunohistoche-mistry and enzyme histoenzymology with electron microscopy. The enzyme histochemistry is bound to extend the horizons of biological sciences in the time to come.Downloads
