Biosensor for Urea Analysis in adulterated milk

Abstract
A study was done to analyze the adulteration of urea in packaged milk, supplied in the local market in Goa. Seven leading brands of milk were selected randomly. The total number of samples used in triplicate for urea analysis in animal feed. All samples were found within the permissible limit as per FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India).Downloads
