Abstract

Vegetable shortage is seen whenever there is some sort of natural or man made calamity, in the form of drought, floods etc. But Protected Cultivation Technology in horticulture crops is one way to deal with such situations so that vegetables are available throughout the season. Farmers from different agro-climatic regions are showing interest in adopting these technologies and getting benefitted by it.
