Abstract
Under the climate change scenario, challenge of growing in water scarcity and the frequent occurrence of drought in rainfed areas, the food security of our country is under threat, particularly the eastern region. Realizing the potential of eastern region for increasing food production, and thereby achieving food security through second green revolution by planning out strategically in the field of crop, horticulture, fisheries, livestock, soil fertility is the need of the hour.Downloads
