Abstract

Broiler industry has transformed itself from a low-key affair into a
highly profitable venture. Poultry production is the fastest growing
sector of Indian livestock farming. Broiler farming does not require any special traning, and can be easily taken up by any individual or as a family business. Besides managing a poultry house scientifically, one should also be aware of the various health aspects of the poultry, with respect to their vaccination against certain diseases and providing proper care in case they are affected by any disease.
