Journal of Soil Salinity and Water Quality

Soil salinity is a major global challenge to sustainable agriculture, significantly impacting food production, ecosystem health, and livelihood security. This special issue of the Journal of Soil Salinity and Water Quality on “Cutting-Edge Approaches for Restoring Saline Ecosystems” aims to address these challenges by presenting transformative strategies and solutions from leading experts in the field. This special issue is published under the aegis of the International Salinity Conference 2025 organized by  Indian Society of Soil Salinity and Water Quality (ISSSWQ) in collaboration with Association for Coastal Agricultural Research (ACAR), Old Goa, India at ICAR- Central Coastal Agricultural Research Institute, Ela, Old Goa, Goa during 29^th October-1^st November 2025.
